What exactly is included in the Subscription?

Regular property checks, preventive maintenance, priority WhatsApp response, seasonal preparation (pre- and post-summer), photo reports after each visit and a single local contact. Recurring services (flowers, cleaning, pool, A/C, key handover) are added on top at their listed rate.
