“Relentless entrepreneur since 1968.”

Grupo Topo Reformas y Rehabilitación SL — a construction and rehabilitation company based in Alicante, specialised in projects that combine technical rigour, respect for the environment and a permanent search for better solutions.
We work on residential projects and large sociosanitary centres, always with the same commitment: every job leaves the site a 10 out of 10.
We are aware that construction has a real impact on the world, and that forces us to do it well — not only technically, but also in terms of sustainability, efficiency and responsibility. In every project we look for ways to minimise waste, optimise resources and explore better ways to build.
Grupo Topo has a real potential to grow by incorporating sustainable and digital solutions that help transform the construction sector. We don't just want to build more — we want to build better.
Site management, execution, quality control and follow-up — all handled by people on our payroll. That's how we can guarantee the standard, the deadlines and the accountability on every project.
Every detail matters, every measurement counts. The job done well from day one.
Our own crews on-site. What we agree with you is what leaves the site.
Reuse before disposal. On our active sites, part of the debris is being reused as fill.
With the client, the team and the local environment. We are here for the long run.
The names below are the people who plan, execute and oversee your project. When you hire Grupo Topo, this is the team doing the work.
“Relentless entrepreneur since 1968.”
“He lives in the tiniest detail — if something doesn't add up, he finds it.”
“Impeccable executor — always on-site making sure everything comes out a 10.”
“The soul of the team. When he's not around, you notice.”
“Always there to help — on-site and wherever needed.”
We work with a small circle of trusted external partners for back-office areas — never for the construction work itself.
Making sure the numbers add up and the tax authority has nothing to complain about.
Everything related to labour matters — contracts, payroll and whatever comes up.
In our current projects we are actively identifying challenges linked to the transition to a more efficient model. Material logistics is one of the most relevant: continuous deliveries generate significant fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions, and we believe there is huge room to innovate.
We are also incorporating circular-economy practices. In one of our active sites, instead of transporting and disposing of all the rubble generated, part of the material is being reused as fill — reducing both waste and transport. A small decision with a real impact.

Structural rehabilitation, new-build construction or integral reform. Technical rigour, respect for deadlines and quality materials adapted to each budget.
