Do you work with owners who don't live in Spain year-round?+
Yes — most of our clients are international owners. We communicate in English, Spanish and Dutch, send weekly photo reports and manage access and deliveries remotely.
Do you handle permits and town-hall licences?+
Yes. We handle the declaración responsable and licencia de obra mayor, and coordinate architect and quantity surveyor when the project requires it.
How long does a full villa renovation take?+
A typical full renovation runs 3–6 months. Structural rehabilitations or large villas can reach 8–10 months. We commit to a fixed delivery date in the contract.

We work with detailed, fixed quotes. You see the full scope, materials and price before we start — no surprises during the works.
